Terms and Conditions

Payment

Session fees should be transferred to the given bank account on receipt of invoice. If a client is accessing weekly sessions, I will invoice once a month.

All fees should be paid within 30 days of invoice or prior to the next session taking place, whichever is sooner. If fees are not paid within this timescale a charge of 1% per month will be added.

If fees are not paid prior to the next session once the invoice has been received, further sessions will be cancelled until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice will be liable to the full charge of the session fee (without any travelling costs)

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged.

Failed appointments will be charged at the rate for standard sessions.

I try to keep all appointments, but no liability can be accepted for inconvenience/expense if

unforeseen circumstances mean arrangements have to be cancelled or changed.

Parents may choose to withdraw a child from therapy at any time. At least a week's notice would be appreciated. Please see above if less than 24 hours notice is given.
